This is one of three data center buildings on this campus that support both Turn-Key Flex Data Centers and Powered Base Building (PBB) configurations. The facility was constructed in 2006 as an office building and has been master planned to be a fully customizable 2,400 kW, concurrently maintainable Turn Key Flex Data Center with 17,000 sq. ft. of raised floor or a PBB with 4.5 MW of utility power.
This site is flexible to meet any need as a concurrently maintainable data center. This building’s master plan calls for multiple systems of security that will be provided by CCTV, card key and biometric access controls and onsite guards. HVAC, power and building critical systems will be managed and monitored 24x7x365. System operators would be highly trained Digital Realty employees, and power provided by one of the most reliable transmission systems in the country with reduced risk of electrical interruptions and rates that are below the national average.
